The race for the College Football Playoffs took a drastic turn this weekend as the Alabama Crimson Tide were knocked off by the LSU Tigers, the Clemson Tigers were upset by the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Tennessee came up short against Georgia.
For the first time ever, we could be looking at a playoff that does not feature either Alabama or Clemson. This will be only the second time the Crimson Tide has not qualified for the playoffs since its inception in 2014.
Georgia and Ohio State have taken clear leads as the two favorites to win it all.
Bet MGM has released its updated odds for which program will win the national championship for the 2022 season. Alabama currently has the sixth-best odds to win the national title despite their two losses.
